Dale is a lifelong resident of central Minnesota and has a Criminal Justice Degree from Northland Community College.  He served as a Police Officer for 21 years, working for three different agencies.  During that time he held the positions of Patrol Officer, Criminal Investigator, Captain and Police Chief.  He also served two terms in the Minnesota House of Representatives, 2001-2004.

Dale completed his American Association of Certified Firearms Instructors (AACFI) credentials in August, 2005. Dale is also certified to instruct retired law enforcement officers seeking the 50 state carry permit available to them through the federal act HR 218.

Tom is a Minnesota native and has an Education Degree from Mankato State College.  He has over 30 years' experience in sales, sales management, education and training and has extensive experience in developing and administering education and training programs. 

Tom completed his American Association of Certified Firearms Instructors (AACFI) credentials in June, 2003, and has trained hundreds of Minnesota citizens for the Minnesota Permit to Carry a Handgun.
